- Overview The project involved the structural demolition of the former Delaware Army National Guard Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS 9), FMS#3 Wash Rack, surrounding pavement, and utilities. Electrical work included, but was not limited to, electric utilities which were rerouted and refed to FMS #3. Despite the many obstacles presented by the pandemic and supply chain issues, FRB was able to develop and execute a plan in order to keep the project on schedule. During this same timeframe, FRB also completed the demolition of Bldgs. 128 & 141 at another Delaware Army National Guard base in Bethany Beach.
